TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF EASY MEAL PLAN+ SUBSCRIPTION
Acceptance of Terms:
By subscribing to an Easy Meal Plan+ subscription, you accept these terms and conditions. This agreement is between Nem Madplan (the app provider) and the user. The user acknowledges that Apple, Inc., and its subsidiaries are not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the app. Household Apps does not store your purchase information or credit card details. These details are only stored by Apple.
Subscription:
•Sign-up: To use the app’s extra features, you must subscribe to a monthly subscription.
•Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews each month until it is canceled.
•Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via the settings on your iPhone under Settings -> iCloud -> Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing period.
Right of Cancellation:
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. If you wish to exercise this right and cancel your purchase before this period expires, all you need to do is contact Apple to request a refund.

Afterwards, you have the option to unsubscribe from your subscription through Apple’s App Store at any time, which will stop all future payments.
Binding Period and Cancellation Procedure:
To prevent further payment for a new month, make sure to cancel your subscription the day before your next payment date.
Follow these steps on your device to cancel your Easy Meal Plan+ subscription:
1.Start by going into the Settings app.
2.Select your name and go to ‘Subscriptions’.
3.Find and select the subscription you wish to change.
4.Press ‘Cancel Subscription’. If the option to cancel the subscription is missing, it means that it has already been terminated and will not be renewed.
Updating Card Details:
Your card details are updated through Apple, and can be edited under Settings, tap your name and select ‘Subscriptions’.
Usage Rights:
You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Nem Madplan app on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. This license does not allow you to use the app on any device that you do not own or control.
Disclaimer:
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Nem Madplan is solely responsible for any warranties related to the app, to the extent not disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the app (if applicable). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app.
In the event that you choose not to renew your Easy Meal Plan+ subscription, you accept that other users in your Household will no longer be able to use the app unless they create their own household. You agree that if you do not renew your Easy Meal Plan+ subscription and have over 7 dishes or 7 items in your freezer, you will no longer have access to the latest entries over the 7. We reserve the right to delete all these dishes and items 6 months after the subscription is canceled.
Product Claims:
Nem Madplan, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to the app or your possession and/or use of the app. These claims include, but are not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
Intellectual Property Rights:
In the event of any third-party claim that the Nem Madplan app, or your possession and use of the app, infringes on another party’s intellectual property rights, Nem Madplan, and not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
Legal Compliance:
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a ‘terrorist-supporting’ country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Changes to the Terms:
We reserve the right to change these terms. The latest terms will always be available here on the website.
Third-Party Beneficiary:
Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement. Upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Terms and Conditions for Sharing Dishes under ‘Inspiration’
1. Approval of Dish
Easy Meal Plan reserves the right to reject any dishes that do not meet our requirements. These requirements are:
1.1 The dish must have a name that is acceptable to share with other users.
1.2 The dish must have clear instructions that explain the procedure of the dish in manageable and easy steps.
1.3 Instructions must not contain spelling errors.
1.4 Instructions must be understandable.
1.5 Instructions must be comprehensive in terms of ingredients. By this, it is meant that the ingredients selected for a dish are also mentioned in the instructions, so there is no doubt among our users about how to make the dish.
1.6 Instructions must not include:
Swear words
Racism
Words of a sexual or violent nature
Links to other websites
Promo codes
Email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, names of real people, or their information.
1.7 Instructions must not be copied from other dishes that are protected by copyright. Therefore, you cannot copy a dish’s instructions from the internet that is not yours and publish it on our platform.
1.8 The dish must have a minimum of 4 ingredients to qualify as a dish. These ingredients must be included and described in how they are used in the instructions.
1.9 The dish must have at least 1 person selected, for whom the amount of ingredients is calculated.
1.10 Ingredients must have a quantity
1.11 The dish must have a picture. See point 2. for instructions on which pictures are allowed
2. Pictures
2.1 Pictures added to a dish and shared in the Easy Meal Plan app must be pictures taken by yourself and must not be images that belong to others or to which others have the rights. Your dish will not be approved if we come to the conclusion that the picture is not your own. If your dish is not approved due to this violation, and you disagree with this decision, you can send a complaint to support@householdapps.dk.
2.2 Pictures must not be of a sexual, violent, or racist nature.
2.3 Pictures must not include people, but focus exclusively on the dish.
2.4 Pictures must not contain website addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, company logos, promo codes, or names of people and their information.
3. Deletion of Dish
In the event that you as the owner of a dish delete the dish from your Dishes without turning off “publish dish”, the dish will be transferred to Easy Meal Plan’s own dish database. You thereby relinquish ownership of the dish’s name, instructions, ingredients, number of people, and pictures and transfer these to Easy Meal Plan. Easy Meal Plan may then choose to keep the dish in ‘Inspiration’ or remove it.
4. Link and Video on Dishes
It is possible to insert links to websites and videos on a dish. Generally, these website addresses and links to videos will not be included in the actual publication of a dish and will be deleted from the dish itself that is being published. If you wish these links to be included, because you would like to promote your own food blog or YouTube channel, this is entirely acceptable; you just need to inform us at support@householdapps.dk with the dish’s name, your email address, and some form of documentation that you are the owner of the website and the video. Documentation might, for example, be that you send an email from the domain you are linking to, to our support address support@householdapps.dk.
5. Use of Dishes on nem-madplan.dk
By publishing your dish in the Easy Meal Plan app, your dish will be used on nem-madplan.dk as promotion of the Easy Meal Plan app. Visitors to nem-madplan.dk can see the dish’s instructions, ingredients, and picture. Visitors can then download the Easy Meal Plan app, open the dish through it, and import it, just like all other dishes in Inspiration. If you do not want your dish to be displayed on nem-madplan.dk, you must turn off “Publish dish” on the dish.
