TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF EASY MEAL PLAN+ SUBSCRIPTION

Acceptance of Terms:
By subscribing to an Easy Meal Plan+ subscription, you accept these terms and conditions. Household Apps does not store your purchase information or credit card details. These details are only stored by Apple.

Subscription:
Sign-up: To use the app’s extra features, you must subscribe to a monthly subscription.
Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews each month until it is canceled.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via the settings on your iPhone under Settings -> iCloud -> Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing period.

Right of Cancellation:
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. If you wish to exercise this right and cancel your purchase before this period expires, all you need to do is contact Apple to request a refund.

Afterwards, you have the option to unsubscribe from your subscription through Apple’s App Store at any time, which will stop all future payments.

Binding Period and Cancellation Procedure:
To prevent further payment for a new month, make sure to cancel your subscription the day before your next payment date.

Follow these steps on your device to cancel your Easy Meal Plan+ subscription:
Start by going into the Settings app.
Then select your name and go to ‘Subscriptions’.
Find and select the subscription you wish to change.
Press ‘Cancel Subscription’. If the option to cancel the subscription is missing, it means that it has already been terminated and will not be renewed.

Updating Card Details:
Your card details are updated through Apple, and can be edited under Settings, tap your name and select ‘Subscriptions’.

Usage Rights:
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for personal use in accordance with these terms.

Disclaimer:
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of the app. In the event that you choose not to renew your Easy Meal Plan+ subscription, you accept that other users in your Household will no longer be able to use the app unless they create their own household. You agree that if you do not renew your Easy Meal Plan+ subscription and have over 7 dishes or 7 items in your freezer, you will no longer have access to the latest entries over the 7. We reserve the right to delete all these dishes and items 6 months after the subscription is canceled.

Changes to the Terms:
We reserve the right to change these terms. The latest terms will always be available here on the website.
